Q: Why sometimes I can still hear the noise when wearing the silicone earplugs?
A: You need to follow user manual instruction and make it an airtight seal covering the ear entrance, otherwise it will not function properly!

A: Our Ultra-Soft Silicone Earplugs are one of the most comfortable for sleeping, reading, working, studying and travelling in the world, with no swelling or pain. You don't have to worry about it goes too deep in the ear canal or falling out while using.
Q: Can the earplugs be washed?
A: They can be cleaned with non-oil based soap and water after each use.
Q: Can I reuse these earplugs?
A: They can be used up to 10 times if cleaned after each use.
Q: Are these earplugs breakable and moldable?
A: By applying pressure, you can shape the earplugs to fit your ear. If they are too large, you can pinch off small portions until they fit properly. These earplugs cover only the entrance of the ear, instead of getting into the ear canal.
Q: Are these latex free?
A: As the name implies, the earplugs are made entirely of silicone and are latex-free. They are latex free, non-toxic and very safe to use, and are instead made of silicone.
Q: Will the earplugs expire?
A: Our moldable silicone earplugs do not expire.
Q: Can I use them for swimming?
A: Yes, they are waterproof. Silicone earplugs are waterproof and can help prevent swimmer's ear if worn properly.
Q: Can I put foam earplugs in first then cover with the silicone?
A: It is not recommended, as the silicone putty can get stuck in the ear canal.
Q: Will I hear my alarm while asleep?
A: Our earplugs reduce noise up to 32dB, which may muffle some alarms. Testing the alarm with your earplugs is recommended.
Q: Are these suitable for side and stomach sleepers?
A: Side and stomach sleepers especially enjoy our product, since it’s ultra-soft and re-moldable, it only covers the entrance of ear canal, not inside. So it's very comfortable and will not swell and hurt your ear during sleep like foam or other material.
Q: Do they fit in smaller ears?
A: If they are too large, pinch bits off of them until the sizing is comfortable. Do not insert them into your ear canal!!!
